| The purpose
of our Church is to provide a welcoming, spiritual community for people who share in the
values expressed in Unitarian Universalism for individual worth and dignity, reason,
justice, inclusiveness, religious freedom, right of conscience, and respect for the
interdependent web of life. The Unitarian Universalist Church in Victoria was founded to unite those in the community who share similar religious principles while valuing a diversity of cultural and religious views. Our small, intimate congregation, founded in 1960, does not have a full time minister. We prepare and lead our own services and invite nearby Unitarian Universalist ministers to speak each month. We also invite other people in the area to speak to the congregation during the year. Our services are open and anyone who would like to participate with us will be very welcome. |
